oup join their business in the sphere of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Moscow, Russia, November 1,2008 - Bellwood Systems, a Russian-based IT solutions provider, and Povolzhskaya Consulting Group announced today their consolidation in asset management business. The new company has been named EAM Systems. This consolidation is due to provide synergy effect of competence and intellectual property in sphere EAM. EAM Systems will focus on asset management solutions for Utility, Oil&Gas and Industrial segments of Russia and CIS market.
